While smoking on the balcony, Citizen Stork is struck by a moment of clarity, in which he realises that he is not a person, but rather a bird. At the same time, a man and a woman are eating lunch. When a cuckoo jumps out of the clock, the man leaves the apartment in a hurry. The woman and the stork meet...

It’s pouring rain at the funeral. There’s a lot of crying, too much wine, several woodpeckers and a couple of dreams that fill in the gaps.

The people are awaiting someone special. Someone special is born: a grown man in a suit.

A woman wants to dance, but there is no music. The husband gets sent away from home. A neighbour with a radio drops by. A love triangle is born.

A man and a woman eat. Inside the room, there is a fly. The woman obliges the man to get rid of the fly.
