In the not-too-distant future: after a global catastrophe has wiped out nearly all of humanity on Earth, an elite astronaut from Space Colony Kepler must make a decision that will seal the fate of the people on both planets.

Since losing her family, a woman is living alone in the wilderness — far away from society, which is dominated by mistrust and fear after the outbreak of a fatal disease. When she is forced to leave this life behind, she not only experiences a boundless freedom, but also remembers the importance of human closeness and the feeling of belonging.

The fate of Nora, a supermarket cashier who lives happily with her boyfriend Aron, and that of Natan, a loving father who works as a night watchman, cross paths when misfortune turns their lives upside down.

Not long after a seaquake begins to drain the world’s water reserves, a geophysicist with early-onset Alzheimer’s is recruited to investigate the vast void swallowing the oceans. Sent to a remote station, she must uncover the truth before it’s too late.
