Chen Tsai-Hsing

Journalist San Lin-jun and his colleague attend a jewelry exhibition when the Cosmic Gang attacks, causing an explosion. A masked vigilante confronts the gang, leading to a battle between justice and evil.

In Heaven, various gods are busy paving the way for a new emperor. When a Taoist priest summons a gigantic red-haired ogre to destroy the resistance, they are rescued by a golden dragon deity that rises from the ocean to do battle with said ogre.

To obtain the Golden Light Statue, the Cosmic Gang takes the owner's family hostage. The "Detective Boys" witness a crime and are kidnapped by the Gang. San Lin-jun hears their cries and suits up to save them.
