After a fierce battle with Bemstar, Ultraman Hikari learns the true meaning of being an Ultraman. With Zoffy’s guidance, he earns his place in the Inter Galactic Defense Force and entrusts Earth’s safety to Mebius.

Hikari faces the deceptive Alien Babarue, who tempts him with power and revives his dark past as Tsurugi. With the spirits of Arb and Ultraman King’s guidance, Hikari transforms his Armor of Revenge into the Armor of the Hero and pursues Babarue to Earth.

Ultraman Hikari visits Planet Arb, where a prophecy warns of its coming destruction. Guided by Ultraman King and armed with the Knight Brace, he faces the monster Bogarl. Consumed by rage, Hikari transforms into Hunter Knight Tsurugi and begins his path of vengeance, one that will eventually lead him to Earth.
