A two days from the life of Pyotr Drozdov, a highly ranked official from Moscow, which he spends with young museum employee Masha.

It is the word "horde" that had meant, for many countries and nations, bloody raids and being under humilating contribution for centuries - a strange and scary world with its own rules and customs. To be or not to be for Rus (Ruthenia), that is the price of the one-man mission as he is departing to this world to accomplish a feat. The film tells the story of how Saint Alexius, the Metropolitan of Moscow and Wonderworker of All Russia, healed the Tatar Queen Taidula, Jani-Beg's mother, from blindness, in 1357.

The film is about people who have mixed life with art. And they exhibited themselves as if they were paintings in an art gallery. Such people are called exhibitionists. This story happened to one of them.

The story of the meeting between Tsar Peter the Great and a common soldier, who turned out to be the full namesake of the Sovereign Emperor, and even a countryman. Not recognizing the tsar, the soldier takes care of and "admonishes" the young guardsman, and he, in turn, does not show any signs and "takes care" of the soldier's science.
