Tito is a shy 10-year-old boy who lives with his mother. Suddenly, an unusual epidemic starts to spread, making people sick whenever they get scared. Tito quickly discovers that the cure is somehow related to his missing father’s research on bird song. He embarks on a journey to save the world from the epidemic with his friends. Tito’s search for the antidote becomes a quest for his missing father and for his own identity.

On the final night of summer at Camp Emberpine, a group of teens enters the legendary all-night treasure hunt they've spent years dreaming about — only to discover the game has become something far more dangerous than anyone imagined.

Eduardo, a teacher who heads a theater group at his school, the Troupe dos Seis, made up of students Tecão, Paty, Bruno, Fabi, Zepa and Michele. The group will perform at their school's end-of-year party, but as there is no place available to rehearse, the teacher decides to conduct the rehearsals in the old mansion of Barão Alfredo, his grandfather. What he doesn't know is that the place has two unusual inhabitants: a couple of ghosts who can now go back to scaring and messing with people.

Charley Stevens moves to the town where her recently deceased mother grew up; after arriving, he is plagued with strange nightmares that tease a horrific event, hinting at why her mother left town.
