The film tells the story of the young firefighter Bahloul, who takes his father's place in the profession after he is retired, but suddenly, due to his lack of discipline, he finds himself in constant confrontations with the barracks commander, Allal, who is waiting for every opportunity and occasion to trap him with the aim of making his life in the barracks miserable.

Sellam is an administrative agent who works in a town hall, curious and seeks to know everything, he believes he has good relations with his superiors. he stumbled upon a file of land intended for the inhabitants of barracks in the town can.
