Serious and meticulous young chef Marcus begins to experience increasingly strange and unexplained events that challenge his sanity. With his mindset spiralling into paranoia his desperation is intensified by sightings of a familiar figure.

The film follows the story of a three year separated couple, whom are reunited after a mutual friend's passing. On the long car journey together to bury their friend, emotions begin to rise as they dig up their past.

The adventures of a young man as he moves from the Latin-American revolutions in the sixties and seventies, through Hungary in the eighties, to the Croatian war in 1991.
