Fish means life for Walvis Bay, a harbour town along the Skeleton Coast. A handful of people take us into their world and show us how deep their love is for fish.

BEEF tells the story of an BBQ evening hosted by Marc, a somewhat peculiar perfectionist. Everything is planned to be meticulous. The serviettes matching with the plastic cutlery and cups - and of course the guests. His ex-girlfriend (who brings her new boyfriend along), two sisters (the one has a crush on Marc and the other is a Vegetarian!) and two strange men (one of whom seems to fancy Marc and the other just quietly digs into the food). Everything could have been so perfect, as Marc had planned - but the guests end up ridiculing Marc and reduce the host to a servant, but they forget that he who laughs last...

Namibia. 1980s. Apartheid is in full swing. Two kids born in opposing sides of the color divide defy the times through their friendship. The consequences are severe.

While a tough cop investigates a series of hateful murders, a ruthless reporter exposes deep, dark secrets from her past to unhinge the case and ultimately her life.

50 years ago the Volkswinkel - the People's Shop - opened for business in Rehoboth. The man behind the success story is Oom Land. Here you get to meet him.

While bringing a deserted souvenir shop back to life, a lonely widower falls in love with the neighboring farmer who has his eye on the shop.

Imagine how life must be for someone whose skin has no protection whatsoever from the sun. And now imagine living in a country that averages over 80% sunshine during any given year. Welcome to Paulus's life in Namibia.
