Siddhant Chaturvedi is an Indian actor. He was born in Nagwa, Ballia, (Uttar Pradesh) to a chartered accountant father and a homemaker mother. He moved to Mumbai with his family when he was 5 years old. A graduate from Mithibai College, Siddhant was pursuing a career in Chartered Accountancy, balancing it with theatre. However, after winning a national talent hunt organized by Bombay Times, he decided to concentrate only on his passion for the performing arts. He is trained in Western and Classical dance, Martial Arts and Parkour to complement his expertise in acting. His other interests include painting and poetry writing. He began his career starring in a youth-oriented sitcom Life Sahi hai by Luv Ranjan, (Luv films), followed by Amazon's first Indian-American web series Inside Edge, which earned him widespread critical praise. The series was nominated for Best Drama series at 46th International Emmy Awards. He has featured in a number of TV commercials, including an international ad campaign for Coca-Cola. He made his big Bollywood debut in the film Gully Boy directed by Zoya Akhtar.
