Three twelve year olds explore their small industrial town in the Norwegian countryside, in search of a missing musician. The search brings them closer together, as they discover eachother's vulnerabilities, creating the foundation of their newly found friendship.

It is the last night of 14-year-old Astrid's and Issi's holiday by the beach. The mission is clear, especially for Issi: to find a guy and hopefully lose her virginity before the holidays are over.

Two sisters meet again after the oldest ran away from home on her 18th birthday, and left her younger sister Agathe with their troubled mother.
