In an alternate Japan, territorial street gangs form opposing factions collectively known as the Tokyo Tribes. Merra, leader of the Wu-Ronz tribe of Bukuro, joins forces with heavy-hitting gangster Buppa of Buppa Town. With Buppa's support, Merra aims to initiate a gang war between the Wu-Ronz and the Musashino Saru, and in a confrontation between the two attempts to kill Kai of the Musashino Saru. The inadvertent murder of Kai's friend Tera (a Musashino Saru member beloved by all Tribes since before their formation) leads to the joining of forces between all of the Tribes in an all-out war against Merra and Buppa.

After transferring to Ishinomori Middle School, Tetsuko "Alice" Arisugawa overhears her classmates discussing a strange rumor. The previous occupant of her seat, a nondescript "Judas," is missing and presumed murdered. Amidst dealing with her mother's undesired meddling in her affairs and warding off her classmates' bullying, the troubled Alice starts to investigate the mystery surrounding Judas' disappearance. The trail of clues leads her to the house of her next-door neighbor, the quirky and reclusive Hana Arai.

Kenichi is a half-Japanese, half-Chinese man of the underworld. You can sell him anything except children's organs. His former partner-in-crime, Fu-Chun, is rumored to have returned to Kabukicho, having fled years earlier after killing the number two of gangland boss, Yuan. Nasu Kano, known as Nu, has a developmental disability. As soon as she was born, her mother abandoned her in a coin locker. One day, Nu meets Kazuma Kurosako, who has just been released from prison and was attempting to make money by selling substances near Nu's coin locker. Kurosako gradually become interested in Nu and began posting Nu's paintings on social media on a whim. When Kurosako is contacted by a famous overseas artist interested in buying a painting of Nu's, he initially wants to sell it for a high price for his own profit. As he spends more time with pure-hearted Nu, Kurosako gains a more selfless conscious. All of a sudden, Nu collapses from leukemia.

Famous movie actress Nami is being interviewed by a magazine reporter about her new film in which the plot resembles her real life. Her actor husband Yosuke has an affair with a young actress Junko whereas in the movie, Nami acts as an actress whose husband has an extramarital relationship with a young girl, with Yosuke as the husband and Junko as the new girl friend. In the course of the interview, Nami falls into deep thoughts and flashbacks about her lascivious encounters with strangers in a night train, in the movie as in the reality. Despite whether her intention is to revenge her husband or to satisfy her own desires, Nami demonstrates bewitching charm in a series of intercourse with different men, positions and locations. Director Takashi Ishii attempts to explore female sexual psychology through perfect blends of aesthetic nudity and violence.

The leader of Soul Crew, the toughest gang in Tokyo, was viciously killed. Meanwhile, Saito's obscene friends start a fight...

After choosing to disband the Kawahara-gumi, Kiryu is left in possession of a massive cache of the syndicate’s firearms. Unsure of how to dispose of them, he takes advice and puts the weapons up for sale at an underground auction. However, waiting at the venue is Kamiya of the rival Daido-kai—a man bound to Kiryu by old grudges. With an enormous stockpile of guns on the line, a brutal firefight erupts.
