A Moroccan film tells a dramatic social story about a middle-class family suffering from the father's stinginess, who does not leave his old coat, which brought suspicion to his wife and three sons about the mystery of this coat, which will be illustrated at the end. His interest in raising money without caring for his children has divided the family.

Najib, a young Moroccan born in The Netherlands, has just graduated from law school and aspires to get his master's degree. Because his older brother is being arrested for criminal activities, Najib is now required to take care of his family overnight. Events are jostling in his life. He abandons his studies and fails to meet the needs on his own. Being on the verge of despair, he is approached by Brahim who offers him help. The latter will exploit the of vulnerability and finally convinces him to fight the "holy war".

Karim is a Dutch boy with a Moroccan background. He is a music teacher in Amsterdam. One morning Karim receives a text message on his phone. All of a sudden he has to make a decision that turns his life upside down.
