When a single mom, facing eviction, is offered a night’s work, she unsuccessfully seeks a babysitter for her two small children. Desperate, she reaches out to the last person she wants to ask for a favour.

Hopelessly lost at night with a purse full of money, elderly Kay happens into an edge of town service station. Leo and Clyde plan and argue abut robing a local business after Clyde closes shop. John sits and watches. Kay seems like an easy mark before the main job.

A dad spends nine months rocking his baby to sleep nightly to keep her from crying. In the process, he loses weight because he is doing exercises as he rocks the baby.
