Justice Rutikara

Valentine and Jean-Claude start a new life in Kigali with their newborn baby, Justice. Their country, already battered by racial propaganda and brutality, finally seems ready for peace and justice.

Two bored teenage girls start killing time with a strange older guy.

A love story between two young artists of the Rwandan diaspora living in Montreal. Their courtship sparks with a gentle grace that, rather than annihilating the boundary between them, nourishes each in their own turn.

Ngabo, an under-pressure cook's helper, and Mike, a zealous neo-Nazi, go through the same difficult day on the streets of Old Quebec without knowing each other. One is consumed by exhaustion, the other by anger. Through their respective solitude, Monochrome explores the invisible tensions, buried wounds and unexpected reflections that the city can reveal. A psychological thriller about the fear of the other and the mirages of the self.
