Many adventures befell a beautiful dog named Michael. He was stolen and sold many times, he lived with both kind and cruel owners, and even performed in the circus arena. And so, during his difficult wanderings, Michael falls into the hands of a lonely sailor, Doug, who, at the risk of losing his job, takes the dog with him.

The second half of the 19th century. The arrival of land surveyors in a Latvian village for the redistribution of land provoked a scandal...

Ludis and his daughter live in a greedy and narcissistic village. One day Ludis’ tractor crashes and the entire village loses electricity. Ludis inadvertently touches the electric wires and becomes stiff and seemingly dead. His wife doesn’t want him placed at home, so they place him in the garage.

At the beginning of the summer of 1905, representatives of the Socialist-Revolutionary Party Krasilnikov and Elkonen turned to Captain Zhanis Trautman, a Latvian political emigrant living on the outskirts of London, with a proposal to lead a steamer with a cargo of weapons to the shores of Russia. Having recruited a team of old and tried comrades, Trautman changes the crew of an English cargo ship bought by the front men. In the course of the squabble that arose on this occasion, a sailor of the old crew, David Blake, was stabbed. The wounded Blake and the veterinarian Gruber, who accompanied the cargo of anthrax drugs, are forced to leave on board. On the high seas, weapons and explosives were loaded on board. The steamer headed for the Oresund Strait, where a messenger was to meet him.

Latvia, late 19th century. Farm-hand boy Jancis lives on a homestead with his mother, grandfather and grandmother. Why did we travel to Siberia for 20 years? Why did we make this film? How did we see Siberia? People who were deported as children in 1949 and 1941 searched for the places where their loved ones were buried. After 2014, we were watched more closely, we were not allowed into museums, we were followed, and the people we had met were interrogated. When we found graves, we were not allowed to take out our cameras and film. And yet... we would never have believed that Russia would attack Ukraine, threaten the Baltic states and the Western world.
