In the autumn of 1922, while walking in the Forest of Fontainebleau, he comes across an incredibly beautiful woman named Sharon Kazatti. Soon joined by ladies and gentlemen coming out of a soiree, she slips away out of his sight. Claude utters in spite of himself that she is a woman of sublime beauty. Hearing Claude's exclamation, a young man tells Claude that she is only a mannequin, not worthy of his praise and belonging to a world other than his. The young man's name is Louis Valentin and he is a gigolo. It seems that Louis cares for Sharon as well. Claude denies Louis's assertion, saying that she also has a soul just like him. A strange kinship grows between the two as they find that they both are attracted to the same woman. They decide to fairly compete to win Sharon's heart.

She immediately cuts off the supply of funds. Daniel is penniless and he is thrown out of his apartment. Stan, another gigolo and Daniel’s friend, concocts a plan to get rich. Daniel joins him in a plan to defraud the family of Mr. Norbert who has recently passed away by posing as one of the heirs. They threaten a lawyer and out of fear he joins them.

NRThe story takes place just after the end of World War II in San Angelo, the biggest city on the west coast. King Harvey the head of the Elcinoa Mafia family ruled the city. King had a magic touch with dice. He built up a huge fortune by gambling. When he was powerful enough he knocked out the gang that was his rival, the Brass family, and became King of San Angelo. King Harvey was generous with bribes and the city police chief was in his pocket. Even though some of the Brass gang wanted revenge, King appeared invincible with his own might and with police protection. One day Harvey's luck ran out.

He sends Spartacus to a martial arts academy. Spartacus becomes a formidable gladiator. One day, Savinius, the Roman Governor, visits the school. To entertain the important guest, a bout is held which puts Spartacus up against a renowned swordsman, Gaza. Gaza is defeated. It is then discovered that Spartacus is no ordinary prisoner of war but the best warrior in the whole Tracian Army.

NRIt is the golden age of Hollywood, in the latter half of the 1930s. One day, the writer Eliott Walker makes a visit to Global Studios, a major cinema company. He is the author of "Triumphal Song of Youth", the best-seller which swept over the jazz age to become the representative novel of the 1920s. He received millions of dollars in royalties for this novel which was based on the story of his wife, but he squandered it all. As a result his wife had a nervous breakdown and was admitted to hospital, leading Eliott to indulge in drinking. Now, Eliott is forgotten.

NRA long-lost, priceless statue of the goddess Venus is found and placed on display in an art museum in New York. A slow but good-hearted barber, Rodney Hatch, kisses the statue when intoxicated. The sculpture comes to life, and the two fall in love, although Rodney is already engaged. Farcical complications ensue, and Rodney takes "Venus" to the model-display house in the store, where the store's boss finds her. He, too, falls in love with her and makes her Glamour Girl Number One. Rodney and Venus dance in Central Park, but Rodney is arrested for stealing the statue.
