A violent blind man wanders through the center of Lima, upon entering a restaurant he causes an incident with the public and the employees.

It presents the struggle of the first unionized workers, after a strike for the implantation of the eight-hour day and the union right, in the sugar valleys of Peru. It is the story of the first union in the city of Trujillo, organized in 1921.

The last hours of a famous criminal named the Monster, who raped and killed a young kid. But some how, despiste all the facts and the proof against him, he seems to be innocent
