RIZIN hold its first event of the year on May 6, with RIZIN 10 in the promotion’s second trip to the Marine Messe Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan. Japan’s best MMA fighter today, Kyoji Horiguchi, continues to set out to prove his worth on the world stage when he takes on the former consensus No.1 flyweight in the world, Ian McCall. In the co-headliner of the evening, teenage kickboxing phenom Tenshin Nasukawa returns to the ring against WSOF flyweight champion Yusaku Nakamura. The 19-year-old super prospect Nasukawa has defeated all 29 opponents in his pro career across MMA, kickboxing and Muay Thai rules, including 23 victories by way of stoppage.

Rizin World Grand Prix 2017 Opening Round Part 1 was a mixed martial arts event held by the Rizin Fighting Federation on July 30, 2017 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

Three bantamweight firefights, including a pair of world title showdowns, are set for Monday, Feb. 24, at Ariake Arena in Tokyo. In the main event, pound-for-pound star Junto Nakatani will defend his WBC crown against unbeaten Mexican puncher David Cuellar. Newly crowned WBA champion Seiya Tsutsumi makes his first defense against former flyweight king Daigo Higa in the all-Japanese co-feature. And, in a 10-round special feature, kickboxing legend Tenshin Nasukawa continues his burgeoning boxing journey against Australian former world champion Jason “Mayhem” Moloney.

Japan’s unified WBC/WBA light flyweight world champion Kenshiro Teraji defends his titles against South African two-division world champion Hekkie Budler at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan. In the co-feature, undefeated Japanese southpaw Junto Nakatani makes the first defense of his WBO junior bantamweight world title against Mexican contender Argi Cortes.

Cygames presents RISE ELDORADO 2021 takes place on February 28, 2021, at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan. This kickboxing event features Tenshin Nasukawa facing Shiro Matsumoto in a -55kg superfight as the main event. The co-main event pits Kento Haraguchi against Taiju Shiratori in a -64kg bout. Other fighters include Masahiko Suzuki, BeyNoah, and Hinata Terayama across the card. It’s RISE’s first major event of 2021, broadcast live on ABEMA.

Cygames presents RISE WORLD SERIES 2021 YOKOHAMA takes place on September 23, 2021, at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, Japan. This kickboxing event features the -53kg DEAD OR ALIVE Tournament semifinals with Kazuki Osaki vs. Shiro Matsumoto and Jin Mandokoro vs. Kazane.

RIZIN 14 live from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. The biggest event in the promotion’s history features 14 fights in the final MMA event of the year. In the night’s headliner, boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr. competes in the country of Japan for the first time in a three-round boxing exhibition with Japanese prodigy Tenshin Nasukawa, who is undefeated as a professional combat-sports athlete. The co-headliner features two of the best bantamweights in the world. Bellator bantamweight champion Darrion Caldwell challenges Kyoji Horiguchi for the inaugural RIZIN bantamweight title.

RIZIN 24 live from the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. The promotion’s 28th event features a sold-out attendance of just 5,000 people due to government restrictions in place during the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In the night’s headliner, promotional superstar and Japanese combat-sports phenom Tenshin Nasukawa looks to remain undefeated when he takes on former K-1 title challenger Kouzi. The 22-year-old kickboxing prodigy seeks to add to an already impressive legacy in only his second bout of the year. Meanwhile, Kouzi is set to compete for the first time since leaving K-1 on a three-fight winning streak.

Tenshin Nasukawa vs. Takeru (also known as The Match 2022) was a professional kickboxing event held at The Tokyo Dome on June 19, 2022. Rizin Fighting Federation CEO Nobuyuki Sakakibara was a general producer, and has stated that this would be a neutral event regardless of the organization. The main card featured fighters from K-1, RISE, and other kickboxing promotions. The main event was a cross-promotional bout between Tenshin Nasukawa, representing RISE, and Takeru, representing K-1.

Tenshin Nasukawa, who suffered his first professional defeat in his last fight, will face former two-division world champion Juan Francisco Estrada in a WBC world bantamweight title eliminator. Can he defeat this global big name and earn a ticket to challenge for the title again? It's a high-risk, high-reward fight. Supporting the card are a world-ranked showdown between Tomoya Tsuboi and Pedro Guevara, and the first Japanese appearance of bantamweight world-ranked fighter Katsuma Akitsugi, who mainly fights in America. He will face Jose Calderon, who fought Riku Masuda last autumn. These highly anticipated fights will be exclusively live-streamed.

The Cygames presents RISE WORLD SERIES 2019 1st Round takes place on March 10, 2019, at Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. This kickboxing event features Tenshin Nasukawa facing Federico Roma in the -58kg Tournament A Block opener. Other competitors include Taiga vs. Sexan Or. Kwanmuang and Chan Hyung Lee vs. Yuki in the -61kg Tournament bouts. Additional fights showcase Genji Umeno vs. Lu Jun and Shiro vs. Ryuya Okuwaki. It marks the explosive start of RISE’s 2019 World Series.

Cygames presents RISE ELDORADO 2022 takes place on April 2, 2022, at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. This kickboxing event features Tenshin Nasukawa facing Kazane in his RISE Final Match at bantamweight (-55kg) as the main event. Other fighters include Kento Haraguchi vs. Lompetch Y’ZD Gym, Taiju Shiratori vs. Hideki, and Shiro vs. Rui Ebata across the card. Additional bouts showcase Masahiko Suzuki, Koki Osaki, and K-Jee in various weight classes. It’s a landmark night for RISE in 2022, broadcast live on ABEMA.

Cygames presents RISE on ABEMA event takes place on July 12, 2020, airing live from a private venue in Tokyo, Japan, with no audience due to COVID-19 restrictions. This kickboxing spectacle features Tenshin Nasukawa facing Yuki Kasahara in a -58kg main event bout. Other fighters include Taiju Shiratori vs. Sho Ogawa in a -65kg semifinal and Masahiko Suzuki vs. Wisanlek Meibukai at -58kg. Additional matchups showcase Hiroki Yamamoto vs. Kan Miyagi and Hiroshi Nakamura vs. Kan Miyagi across various weights.

RIZIN.33 was a major New Year's Eve MMA event on December 31, 2021, at Saitama Super Arena, headlined by the RIZIN Bantamweight Grand Prix Final and featured major stars like Tenshin Nasukawa's final RIZIN fight against Gomi, plus title bouts and popular matchups, wrapping up RIZIN's 2021 season.

RIZIN 28 will mark RIZIN's first event at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. Undefeated kickboxing star Tenshin Nasukawa will fight one bout against three separate opponents and the bantamweight grand prix will get underway, all at RIZIN 28. The show also features a featherweight contest between Mikura Asakura and Kleber Koike Erbst and a clash for the vacant Rizin lightweight world title between Tofiq Musayev and Roberto de Souza.

RIZIN 26 live from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. The bill is topped by a highly anticipated rematch between current Rizin bantamweight kingpin Kai Asakura and former titleholder Kyoji Horiguchi. The two first met in a non-title affair when Horiguchi held both the Rizin and Bellator gold. Asakura finished the former UFC flyweight in just over a minute. The rivals were set to fight again at the New Year’s Eve show last year, but a leg injury forced Horiguchi to the sidelines and set the table for a title bout between Asakura and Manel Kape. Kape left with the strap, but it eventually found its way back to Asakura. Now, Horiguchi hopes to not only avenge his prior loss, but regain the belt he was forced to vacate.
