Two 13-year-old boys spend an idyllic summer together, but their connection is put to the test when they become the subject of speculation at school.

Surrounded by brutality but bound by tenderness, two World War I soldiers find a fragile sanctuary of love and art amid the shadows of the Belgian trenches.

Twenty-year-old Max is a skipper's child and lives in a boarding school for children without a fixed home situation. During the big holiday, when most children are back with their parents, Max stays with his friends. Together they try to make a home for themselves.

After an unexpected encounter, Fleur and Julian fall madly in love. Soon after Julian proposes, an ambitious, yet challenging idea starts to dawn on Fleur. Slowly but surely, she works out a plan to get married in every country where she and her wife are allowed to do so. Fueled by their love and a rising sense of urgency, they take a leap of faith. After only four marriages, their journey comes to an inevitable, painful halt.

Alice finds it difficult to find her place in the group and considers her friend the cause. An unspoken game of challenges arises.

Maurice’s (26) family organizes a weekend getaway. The balance of power between the different generations seems to be blurred, but is he willing to keep up appearances just like the others?
