"Dragaš je slobodan" is a documentary film about Slobodan Dragaš, the first academically trained sculptor from Banja Luka — a bohemian artist, provocateur, and unconventional mentor whose greatest artwork was his own life. Born in 1957 and educated in Split and Sarajevo, Dragaš returned to his hometown determined not to decorate it, but to challenge and transform it through art and human connection. The film explores his artistic legacy, his influence on generations of young artists, and the stories behind his most notable works, portraying a unique cultural figure who shaped a city as much through people and ideas as through sculpture.

The fate, however, made sure that Ivo made his Hollywood in his village Mutanj. If you think that magic realism is possible only in art, you are mistaken. Meet Ivo the Tzar and the only village with red carpet on the Balkans! The reality in there is fantastic!
