When a demonic uprising threatens to end the world as they know it, a monk and an excommunicated priest join forces to protect a powerful young boy and the next generation of magic. As dark forces close in, the unlikely trio must confront their inner demons.

After a fire claims the life of her mother and her eyesight, young Ga-mi and her brother, Gil-son — who is unaware of their mother's death — eventually find a home with Buddhist monks in their mountainside temple.

Following the Haedong Mystic Sect incident, Father Park, Hyun-am, and Joon-hoo team up to investigate a series of mysterious deaths of gangs. Seung-hee, haunted by dreams that mirror each death, turns to Father Park for help, while the victims are revealed to be those responsible for her twin sister Joo-hee's death, and each murder eerily matches a scene from a painting by their father, Hyun-woong. As the final portrait nears completion, the exorcists must uncover the dark force behind the paintings before it claims its next victim.
