Broken teens facing incarceration for a crime they were forced to commit decide not to accept their destitute destiny and go about making a new one by forcing redemption onto bad people. The Juvenile Delinquents form a new dysfunctional family as they maneuver around problems manifesting from their youth, competitiveness, irrationality, and the gruesomeness of their new lives.

Abandoned in infancy and raised in an orphanage in Burma, Min's life takes an unforeseen turn when he wins the diversity lottery visa, granting him the chance to start anew in the United States. Upon arrival, Min finds himself relying on a childhood friend from the orphanage, now residing in San Francisco amidst a captivating tapestry of eclectic companions. Together, this diverse group becomes Min's refuge, guiding him through the intricate maze of securing employment, managing expenses, and establishing a life on the fringes of society.
