Told as a film within the film, the story concerns an aging actress. Ewa is a flamboyant, pushy actress whose career and love life have come to a dead end. She lives in a faceless housing development. She is totally engrossed in herself and dreams of making a comeback as a singer. But her overbearing personality time after time sets her into conflict with those she tries to work with in the theater and her bedroom.

In 1575 Transylvania, Captain Szymon Mroczek is sent by Prince Stephen Báthory to Warsaw to win support for his royal bid. Along the way he rescues Agata, disguised as a man, from a witchcraft trial, and they become inseparable allies. As Báthory marries Anna Jagiellon and ascends the throne, Mroczek navigates court intrigues, battles old friend Samuel Zborowski, and ultimately confronts Jan Zamoyski’s ambitions.

Małgosia, a medical student, is expecting a child with Paweł, a doctor at the clinic. She is unsure whether to terminate the pregnancy. Her older sister, Ewa, urges her to do so. Ewa was once Paweł's lover. She terminated her pregnancy and is now unable to have children.

With help from a witch, two siblings journey to a medieval land to find the mystical Golden Drops that can cure their ailing mother back at home.

The film is set in the interwar period. Jerzy, a young journalist, spends his vacation alone, kayaking on rivers and lakes. One day, he stops for the night near an old manor house. He learns from the local residents that the once magnificent residence has now fallen into complete disrepair. Even Miss Gabrysia had to be taken out of boarding school because there was no money for her further education. To Jerzy's surprise, the local heiress appears in his tent at night. Complaining about the boredom of provincial life, begging and flirting, she obtains a promise from the journalist to help her escape "into the world."

Based on the diaries he has obtained, a young journalist tries to recreate the struggle of sixteen-year-old Hania with the German occupier.

Rysiek is an escapee from a reform school. Julek escapes the anger of a fire brigade in a small town from which he embezzled. In search for food Rysiek breaks into a villa and discovers a bundle of cash in the freezer. They team together in Warsaw and decide to go on a rampage through the city.

An ironic look at a climber who decides to do anything to get a job he thinks will launch him into a better career.

The film is set in a small town near Warsaw, to which a young and coming director comes to produce a classic play (Wyspianski "Wyzwolenie") with a modern vein. Everyone in the production gets his usual stereotypical role, but the aging idol of the ensemble senses opportunity to give the performance of his life. For young director everything is already set. The leading man, however, is not giving up and is trying to restore the role according to his view. His wife listens to his fears, complaints and frustrations, while resigning herself to a fading career in a puppet theatre.

The film evokes a childhood in rural Lithuania between the wars. A country boy, Tomaszek, lives on a rich estate, situated on the Polish border. He realizes that the Issa Valley he lives in is to be torn apart by internal political conflicts and unrests among the mixed population of Poles, Lithuanians, Jews and Russians. He, however, is captivated by a paradise surrounding him, the forest, and his fantasies.

A spy thriller set in 1943 when the Polish Resistance was killing SS- officers and collaborators in Lublin and Zamosc. Polish hitman romances with "officer's lady" while he is setting up her boyfriend for his sentence of death. In the end, he loses out to a collaborator living next door.

Two brothers living in 1939 Poland decide on a whim to steal the limousine of a German consul. The seemingly small act of youthful rebellion will have massive ramifications on the two, each dealing with the aftermath in their own way - one resorts to art, the other to direct political action.

He manages to find her, only she is already married and has a child.

A sleepy provincial town with only one "Błysk" bar. If it weren't for the nearby prison, it would be forgotten to the world. This is how guests come. Agnieszka works in the bar and dreams of New York . Krzysiek and Józek love the girl. Józek tells her about a militia van carrying money.
