How would Nature feel if she was a woman, living in Rome? An asocial, weird woman Pina hates rubbish and loves nature. One day she bumps into a blind man and feels some connection with him. Pina invites him for a walk to The Magic Forest, which really exist only in her imagination. They become closer as they they walk and she describes fantastic creatures that live in the Forest around them. Can they get over the distance and fear that separates each of them from each other and the rest of the world? And in the end, did she really exist? Or was it all in his imagination?

Follows Vivien and Roy as their love story continues and leads them to Roy’s childhood home in Sicily to prepare for the sale of the family estate. During the visit, a mysterious woman arrives and befriends Vivien, much to Roy’s displeasure. Tensions build and lines are crossed as secrets from Roy’s past force the couple to face aspects of their relationship they did not know existed.

Peppe retraces the memories that connect him to the last strip of land where Europe ends, to the house overlooking the cliffs where he grew up, and to the Sicily of his birth. The fainted image of his family and the last moments of his carefree childhood, resurface in his mind. The friends he had to abandon too soon; his grandfather who tirelessly recounted stories of the sea; an unfulfilled father; and a mother descending into the spiral of depression. During Peppe’s journey coming home, years unravel over the miles that he put between himself and home. Years of absence echo in the dull sound of the wind breaking against the rocks. Peppe goes back home to retrieve, from the seabed, the breath of life (sciatu meo) that sustains his vitality, as well as his memory of an eternal love.

Assunta is a prostitute who, once she has taken her little son Mattia from the heinous fury of an abusive father, chooses to foster him to allow him to have what she, momentarily, cannot give him. Through the protagonist's point of view we will investigate the very delicate bond between mother/son/foster family, never losing sight of the child's emotional priorities. Letting ourselves be carried away by her voice over, we will find ourselves inside her reality; in the everyday life of a village in a timeless Sicily. We will walk those streets alongside her, surprising ourselves to find within that story so many other little stories laden with prejudice and backbiting against the village prostitute.
