Cheating by Kageyama, a member of the Amagasaki Daimon-gumi, is discovered at the gambling den of the Matsuura family. The Matsuura family is subordinate to the Morita family, which is run by underboss Tatsusaburo Sunagawa. Tatsusaburo Sunagawa, the assistant underboss of the Morita Family, ousts Yukichi Matsuura, Matsuura Family head, from his position as underboss of the main Morita Family and took his position.
