Christopher Walters

A unique view of war through the lens of comedy. Comedians perform to maintain a sense of normalcy, optimism and defiance - laughing in spite of the war, not at it. They tour war-torn Ukraine to bringing laughter to those who need it most.

New York City: 2020. As the outbreak of the global pandemic descends upon the city, terrified masses evacuate the streets to quarantine or flee to safer areas to escape the lethal virus. As millions stay indoors under unprecedented lockdowns, a lone journalist calls in a favor and hits the road. While sheltering from the pandemic on a remote mountaintop, »W« discovers that he is not alone.

A bitter old man rediscovers his sense of wonder, through a reluctant friendship with a little boy who he is compelled to look after.
