The film is "about three people who hail from different backgrounds and who have been friends for 15 years. The trio are a jovial and fun-loving lot, and are excited about their first travel abroad together", said Preetham, who admitted he was inspired by the Hindi film Dil Chahta Hai. H C Venu was the cinematographer, while Shaan Rahman composed the music for the movie. The film was extensively shot in Karnataka, Kashmir and Malaysia

Yashwanth (Murali) an unemployed youth loses 50,000 bucks kept for his mother's operation when his folks are away from home. The whole story revolves around the consequences of how Yashwanth earns the money back before his parents return. During the course, he meets the heroine (Rakshita) who flees her home to avoid a forced marriage.

The film is about Govinda, played by Komal, saving a software engineer who wants to attempt suicide. The software engineer tells Govinda why he tried to end his life and asks Govinda, who is also on the top of a building intending to jump off, for his story. Govinda tells his story in flashback about how he cheated on three girls and how he was cheated by the fourth one.

Krishna is a loving father who dotes on his daughter, Anju. Things take an ugly turn when Anju decides to get him remarried, thereby bringing him face to face with his ex-wife.

Grieving the death of his girlfriend, Ashok visits his pal Hemanth. But the journey of healing takes a detour when Ashok begins to fall for Hemanth's devoted wife, Veena, who reminds Ashok of his lost love. The dramatic tension soon simmers to a boil in this moving drama set in the gorgeous resort town of Kodaikanal in the state of Tamil.
