Elderly, iconoclastic artist Miriam Kohen is admitted to a geriatric mental health facility against her will. She immediately understands that this is no ordinary hospital. Over the course of 28 bizarre days, she experiences myriad strange occurrences as she battles against the system.

A college music student turns to prostitution to make a little cash and look for inspiration, as she has blocked on a major musical composition that she must create in order to graduate.

Set in a motel room at NYC's Kennedy Airport, the film treats two days in the life of a deadbeat couple, an obsessive husband lost in a web of psychotic delusion and his immigrant wife.
