But while working on the solution, her new neighbor Mateo is dino-napped by a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and it's up to Dana, her sister Saara, and Mateo's brother Jadiel to finish the experiment.

A former child detective, now a listless millennial, must solve a new murder and the even bigger mystery of how to get her own life together.

The film is billed as an action-comedy in the style of John Wick but features a lead character who is a gay Black high-school drama teacher.
