In early 20th-century Azerbaijan, two circus artists travel to a village where one of them was born, unaware of the danger and adventure that await them.

1993. Those who are serving sentences for their crimes are rejoicing at the first pardon issued by the head of state. Kamil Shabanov, who is facing a second prison sentence, does not lose hope. When he leaves the iron gate of the prison, it is as if he sees a bright world for the first time. The mother, who has been waiting for years, holds her child to her chest, caresses his face and hair. Unfortunately, after a certain period of time, Kamil is in danger of standing in the dock again.

The mother-in-law, who has been neglected for a long time, decides to play a trick on her son-in-law and daughters and teach them a lesson. But this trick costs everyone dearly.

The postman delivers a package with a dragon's head to Kazim who watches Alfred Hitchcock's films, to Zahra who reads fortunes with a computer, to Gariba who makes toys, to director Jahangir, to police chief Seifullah, and calls each of them to come to the address mentioned in the letter with the dragon's head. Those who arrive at the address called along with the dragon's head realize that the "postman", is actually their relative, who has gathered together guests who have not seen each other for a long time.

The works of Azerbaijani composers are performed by M. Magomaev, R. Beyrutov, Z. Khanlarova, O. Agaev, F. Kerimova, P. Bül-Bül-oglu, the vocal quartet "Gaya," and the instrumental quartet conducted by R. Babaev. The concert also features the State Song and Dance Ensemble of the Azerbaijan SSR and ballet artists R. Akhundov and V. Pletnev with a number from K. Karaev's ballet "Seven Beauties."

The film is about the scammers one can meet in the lifetime.

Nepotistic Gafar again takes action and investigates and learns that another relative, a man named Feyzulla, lives in the United States. Feyzulla writes a reply letter to Gafar, informing him that he will soon come to Baku. Gafar again gathers his old relatives together and opens the matter. At the same time, things get a little complicated when containers belonging to an American named Mr. Feyz arrive in Baku. Maybe Mr. Feyz is Feyzulla himself?...
