This half biographic movie is about 6 young teenager boys' working as a muppet in the Baku Boulevard and early 90's diplomatic situation in Baku.

The authors do not clearly indicate the names of the people who covered Vahid. They tried to create a generalized artistic image using some of the master poet's masterpieces from his difficult life.

The events in the television play unfold in and around one of the departments operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
