President Vasily Goloborodko is in power for almost half a year. The economic situation in the country had deteriorated: prices are rising and the national currency has depreciated. People's confidence in the President is rapidly falling. To stabilize the situation in the country Goloborodko needs to get financial assistance from the IMF in the amount of 15 billion euros, which can be provided, if reforms and anti-corruption laws will be introduced in Ukraine.

An epic saga which takes place over a long time span from 1961 to 1991. From the midpoint of the story we view the friendship of four boys. In season main heroes are in their 20's, they are childhood friends, and for the sake of their friendship they are ready to sacrifice anything. Everyone has their own dreams, but their circumstances will take them on a difficult path and they will be forced into all kinds of underground economic dealings in the early 60s. And, worst of all - they are successful in this business. And the more successful they are, the further they get from their real dreams.

Mikhail Ivanovich is a retired man who lives alone in a country house. He rarely sees his adult children. For his 67th birthday, his sons and their wives come to visit. Mikhail Ivanovich accidentally discovers that the brothers are feuding and are simply pretending to be good friends. Trying to understand the reasons for their disagreements, the protagonist uses tricks and subterfuge to keep his sons in their parents' home.

No matter how hard former detective Samovarov tries to devote himself to his beloved work—restoration—avoid meeting his former colleagues, and never have anything to do with the criminal world again, he will still have to help people and fight evil. Fate catches up with him in the form of Nastya Porubleva, a naive but determined young woman. And perhaps our detective will soon become a romantic as well.
