Elisabete was born in Mexico, but spent her childhood with her parents on the idyllic beach of Tabatinga, in northeastern Brazil. Far from contact with other children, Daniela was her only friend. She does not feel comfortable in her own skin, a stranger in her own world. In search of an answer, Elisabete revisits her memories of that place, but times have changed and the expectation of a reunion with her old confidante may bring with it some disappointments.
