Recently discovered police recordings and first-person accounts tell the story of Fred and Rose West, two of the UK's most prolific murderers.

When it comes to serial killers, there aren't many stories more chilling than the one of Fred and Rosemary West. The murderous duo raped, tortured and murdered at least a dozen young British girls between 1967 and 1987 in Gloucestershire, including several of their own daughters. Learn of how two of Britain's most notorious serial killers were able to get away with their crimes for so long, how they hid the victim's remains within the confines of their own home, and how they were eventually taken down.

In 1994, police dug up the bodies of nine young women from the home of Gloucester builder Fred West and his prostitute wife Rose. Police tapes, never disclosed at the time, reveal how Fred West had begun a series of shocking confessions after the severed corpse of his teenage daughter, Heather, was found under the patio of their Cromwell Street home. West's seemingly normal home movies record how he turned the family home into a brothel for his wife Rose, as his children played downstairs.

British journalist Trevor McDonald revisits the Cromwell Street "House of Horrors"; one of the most disturbing and depraved crime cases in the UK.
