The end of summer in the film also means the end of life. Vladimír Holas dies. Who is Vladimír Holas? Painter, sculptor and teacher of district importance. He painted many beautiful pictures - but not as great as he wished. He wasn't in the party, he wasn't in the Union of Artists, he didn't sell out to the past regime. The house in the beautiful countryside is his last refuge, death is inevitable and he doesn't want to die in an estranged hospital. He wants to crouch standing up, the way he lived.

Milena takes care of two children, a grandmother, and a pregnant sister while her husband is in rehab. When overwhelmed, she drives to the airport to watch travelers. One day, she meets a man there who mistakes her for his driver. Milena plays along, bonds with the stranger, and starts an affair.

When her daughter decides to move back home, Ivana, a mother who only lives for her autistic son, finds her fragile family ecosystem challenged forever.

Anna and Christian move to an isolated cottage in the woods to cope with their 3 year old son Benny's asthmatic condition. Anna is gradually driven into a state of isolation, as she is faced with what it truly means to be a mother.

On their journey, they encounter a sorcerer, endanger the fairy kingdom, and must rectify their mistake. And, of course, they must also rescue the beautiful princess. In the end, the knight understands that not everything can be solved with a sword, and Vincent realizes that evil must be fought. The love of the beautiful princess and half the kingdom is then the natural reward.

Three friends from a small town - František, a doctor; Oskar, the director of the local museum; and Robert, a physical education teacher - are faced with an unexpected task. They have only fourteen days to save their children's traditional summer camp, which was unexpectedly destroyed by a storm. Their last hope is a meadow below Tramberk Castle. However, the castle's caretaker is the eccentric Evžen, who is happiest when no tourists come to the castle. But when Kudláková from the Heritage Preservation Department puts pressure on Evžen, saying that if he doesn't reach three thousand visitors in two weeks, she will hold a competition for a new caretaker, Evžen agrees to František's proposal and allows the camp to take place. However, on the condition that they help him with the visitor numbers... The situation is further complicated by František's animosity towards the new teacher Lenka.

Amid snowbound isolation, cultural clashes between city visitors and mountain folk, playful rivalries between the children, and unexpected challenges transform her planned retreat.

One day she finds some diaries that her late father left behind… This small-scale psychological drama by debutant Josef Tuka is shored up by its realistic characters, an understated performance from Jana Plodková, and perceptive, discreet lensing.
