Wijeratne Warakagoda (born November 21, 1933) is a legendary Sri Lankan actor, singer, and voice artist whose career in the arts spans over 60 years. Baddegama or, more correctly, Beddegama is a 1980 award winning Sinhalese language film directed by Lester James Peries that follows the lives of village people in British Colonial Sri Lanka.
