Master Roshi has succeeded at the one mission he valued most: to train Goku and Krillin to become ultimate fighters. So, he arranges for them to test their mettle at a competition hosted by Emperor Chiaotzu. Not everyone's playing by the rules, however, as a member of the ruler's household schemes to use the Dragonballs to extort money and power from the royal.

Saeko and Yukako live together in a small apartment complex in Tokyo. After the Tohoku earthquake in 2011, both live in a state of unease. Saeko, who is in a divorce, is worried that her daughter is exposed to radiation. Yukako is also afraid of radiation and tries to convince her husband to move. The two become friends after Yukako tries to save Saeko after a suicide attempt.

This is an educational anime short produced to be shown in schools and designed to prevent child abduction. It follows a young girl named Yumi who dreams about a video game she is playing which teaches her what to do if a strange man tries to force her into a car.

The owner Li attempts to sell his company to a Japanese businessman, but the businessman only has eyes on the formula of his new drug. Joe portrays An Qi’er, a senior secretary who strikes an ambiguous relationship with Lin Yitai, an insomniac general sales manager at the pharmaceutical company. Portraying an extremely cold, evil and manipulative character, Joe said she has finally fulfilled her wish to portray a completely different character from past roles.

Four young, male and female co-workers in Tokyo become involved in personal relationships with each other.
