The daily lives of the personnel of the St-Vincent hospital in Montréal.

At 20, Donalda is the most beautiful girl in Sainte-Adèle. Young, intelligent, and dynamic, she has always been in love with Alexis, the log driver, a feisty adventurer whose life is a perpetual storm. But Seraphin is also in love with Donalda, and he will do anything to have her.

The Cheval-Serpent is a male strip club with a sulphurous reputation whose success cannot be denied thanks to the work and vigilance of its owner and manager. But a change at Montreal's City Hall has repercussions on the bar and puts the institution in danger...

Hubert is a good-looking guy and a well-known, talented tattoo artist. Love isn't one of his top priorities, and neither is family. And then there's Fanny, a hard-working, dedicated social worker who has trouble keeping her working life separate from her private life. Guillaume, her boyfriend of the last seven years, understands her and gives her his unconditional support. They're trying for their first baby. So nothing predestined Hubert and Fanny to meet. But during a hold-up, they experience the most intense emotions they've ever felt. During the time when they're fearing for their lives, they rely on each other to survive. After the event, an irresistible desire to see each other again compels them to wonder whether spending a few hours together is really enough to change the course of their lives.

Édouard does not meet the popular standards of virility, and this generates in him a feeling of inferiority. During a weekend at the chalet with Renaud and Xavier, his childhood friends, he discovers that despite their mutual affection, they no longer have a positive influence on each other, being trapped in a dangerous game of virility.

Noémie (15 years old) has lived in a youth center for three years. When she loses all hope of being taken back by her mother, Noémie runs away in search of meaning and freedom. She goes to join her friend Léa, a former member of the center, who introduces her to a gang of delinquents. Soon, she meets Zach there who quickly offers her to be an escort for a weekend. Recalcitrant at first, Noémie says yes.
