It is the third year of the war and Sarajevo people are tired and nervous. A ceasefire has been announced. In a building with six apartments, a young couple is waiting for a renovation. The whole neighborhood is excitedly waiting for the birth of a new baby. Roma play and sing under windows.

Limits of hospitality and friendship tested by a guest.

Asja, a 45-year-old single woman living in Sarajevo, meets Zoran, a 46-year-old banker, at a dating event. Zoran is not there looking for love though, but for forgiveness. During the war in 1993 he was shooting at the city from the opposite side, and he wants to meet his first victim. Now, they both have to relive the pain in their search for forgiveness.

Sarajevo in 1992. Vedran, a once famous musician, tries to shelter his family from the madness of war. He hides them in his old house and goes out of his way to give them a normal day to day life. For a while he manages to keep the war at a distance, but when his daughter gets pregnant Vedran wants to give her a proper wedding in the old town hall

Amil Pasic has been working abroad for three years as a freelance photographer. For the first time after a year he comes back to Sarajevo to visit his father Mufid and finds out that a local criminal Bakir is extorting a monthly racket from Mufid which he categorically refuses to pay. Amil suggests to his father to contact the police to no avail. After his father suffers a heart attack Amil decides to take matters into his own hands.
