What is Man? “Homo” shows six faces, six phases in cleverly- connected, blackly comic episodes as desperate characters meet unwittingly in a modern metropole in the eternal search for the means to survive, and find some kind of love. The jobless graduate becomes a grave digger, the grieving widow a nun, the priests gamble and gangsters rule the courts. Only the lonely child may find some affection when hope springs eternal.

Filmed over one year, this documentary follows the changing fortunes of beautiful Lake Prespa - one of the oldest freshwater lakes on Earth, providing a habitat for over 2,000 species of plants and animals, many of them unique to this ancient ecosystem. An elderly fisherman rows out across the lake to check on his fishing nets. It's the same trip he's made every morning for most of his life. But other things have changed. The famous pelicans and cormorants are not staying here in the same numbers anymore. And the fisherman's nets now only catch algae. The future for the lake and all the lives that depend on it are highly uncertain.

Jacob believed he was a good man. Believed. After a long day at work, tired and frustrated Jacob drives his car home. He accidentally hits a person on a bicycle with his vehicle. Due to shock and panic, decides to flee the scene...

Vele can’t afford to buy the expensive medications for his father who has cancer. Desperate, he steals marijuana from some criminals, makes a cake with it and gives it to his father, hoping it will reduce his pain. His father’s health miraculously improves, but Vele is suddenly confronted by neighbors who demand the recipe for the “remedial” cake and by the criminals who want their drugs back.

An average stray dog has 99 percent of wolf's genes and it's a natural born hunter. But they forgot how to hunt when humans brought them to civilization. Now they are left on their own in the unmerciful hands of the public shelter hunters who kill them and throw them in the river.
