When 16-year-old Charlie wakes up, his biggest problem is getting lunch money from his mom and handing in an essay on time. By mid-morning, he witnesses something so traumatic it could tear his family apart. Throughout the course of a day, he grows from a boy to a man by having to decide what it is to "do the right thing" - and recognize his own, flawed humanity.

After five years of travelling abroad, Alex arrives back in Montreal. All he has with him are a back-pack and a slip of paper with an ex-girlfriend's address scrawled on it.

A young dancer, Sara Johnson, struggles to find her place after a major upheaval in her life. As she navigates new friendships, unexpected opportunities, and the emotional weight of her past, Sara discovers that dance may be the one thing capable of grounding her again. Blending drama, music, and romance, the film follows her journey toward healing, identity, and the courage to step back into the spotlight.
