Canine welfare is not high on the mind of the tourism industry once the Iditarod has run its course.

One man's foresight and opposition to the Nazis destructive forces and years later the trials and tribulations of his Grandson who would rise above his tragic childhood to share his Grandfather's courageous story.

Lucy: The Stolen Lives of Elephants is the FIRST documentary film to reveal the plight of elephants in captivity and investigate the lies that zoos tell the unknowing public under the guise of wildlife conservation and education.

Each year, 60 students from diverse backgrounds across Canada participate in the March of Days and Remembrance. Like the March of the Living, this trip takes students to the Nazi death camps in Poland, but it differs in that it is a multi-faith trip aimed at university students. Director Fern Levitt focuses on six of the participants, all of whom filter their experiences through a particular lens relevant to their personal histories.

“Gorbachev’s Revolution”(2004) includes exclusive interview with former President Mikhail Gorbachev, George Bush Sr. and Eduard Shevardnadze. The film explores Gorbachev’s dramatic rise in the Communist Party to the eventual coup which ended his leadership and dissolved the Soviet Union.

This is the FIRST documentary which exposes the cruelty of keeping elephants in zoos and the false narratives of conservation and education that zoos feed an unsuspecting public. This film follows several interrelated stories of individuals who are determined to expose the zoos as glorified prisons for elephants and their relentless pursuit to send zoo elephants to sanctuary.
