Dance, graffiti, and DJing are explored with most of the pioneers of the movement, such as Squat, Dee Nasty, Crazy B, Lionel D, Kool Shen, DJ Mehdi… as well as Mode2 and Jon One for graffiti. The 1 hour and 20 minutes alternate between footage of concerts and artists in the studio, like DJ Pone, with commentary primarily from rappers but also from other key figures. "EJM QUI EST-IL ?" is a documentary directed by Mehdi BARA and released in 2011. It features numerous testimonies from fellow rappers such as Akhenaton, Oxmo Puccino, Disiz La Peste, Kery James, Rohff, among others. In an interview, Mehdi BARA explains his motivations for creating this documentary. Through this film, he expresses his desire to introduce himself, showcase 10 to 20 years of his career, highlight his evolution, and narrate the history and foundation of French rap to give it value.
