Sério Fernandes (Porto, 1946). He was an advertising director for Portuguese agencies and for Agence Havas. In 1974, he founded the production company Beifilme in Porto, where he produced and directed dozens of short, medium-length and feature films, including: “Coéforas”, “4'27‘’ do Mar de Francelos”, “A Entrada de Cristo no Porto”, “Nascimento do Sol Negro”, “Cisnes Negros”, “Viagem no Douro”, “Chico Fininho”, “Odisseu”, “Porto State of Art”. In 2003/04, he directed the feature films “Porto Porto” and “Quando eu Morrer vestir-se de Andorinha e voltar sempre na Primavera”.
