On Klobouk Hill, which rises above the marshy forests, stands a bell tower, and there reigns Lady Fog, who rules the entire region unseen. No matter what the reformed bandit Jerka Berka claims, she is the true mistress here. And then there is the righteous Jan, who would never steal from anyone, not even the robber himself. And Jan has a lot of work to do. He must constantly rescue his brother Matouš, who has fallen in love with the robber's daughter Tereza, and he must also help the wild girl Anděla regain her true human form. Will Mrs. Mlha help him?

The distressing fate of the Czech great Jan Amos Komenský, forced to leave his homeland after the White Mountain disaster. It depicts his encounters with various European personalities of the 17th century - the Queen of Sweden, artists and scientists. It emphasises the hero's nobility, but also his inner resilience, which allowed him to overcome many personal and professional tragedies. The parable of The Labyrinth of the World and the Paradise of the Heart becomes part of the story. However, Comenius's concept is sculpturally lifeless and, in particular, the religious dimension is "erased" from it. The simplistic biography therefore does not avoid schoolboyish dryness.

At the beginning was the Slovak television series Lekár umierajúceho czasu (Doctor of Dying Time), dedicated to the Rudolphine-era scientist Jan Jesenius. He ended up on the scaffold along with other gentlemen after losing the anti-Habsburg uprising. When director Miloslav Luther conceived the idea of making an abridged version of the footage for cinema, he had to not only rebuild the storyline but also dub it into Czech. However, the result was only an illustrative puzzle, describing the various stages of the hero's turbulent life.

A family purchases a home robot designed to look like a grandmum. Their neighbours immediately buy a more expensivve model as the two families always try to up the other one. Both grandmums start to "terorize" their families because they were set up to ensure the mums exercise, the kids study etc. Apart from that they start causing problems to the other family ... cut ropes with hanging clothes, pierced tires, etc. Once they get to killing each other family's pets the parents get really worried about the safety of their kids. The grannys later destroy each other while fighting and the families decide that they'll be better off without any robots. (It's some time since I saw this so the details may be off.) Mainly thanks to the design of the robots it's rather a comedy than a horror. Unless you are ten. And a rather good comedy!

Simon, called the Righteous, once saw a beautiful but sad girl behind a frosty window, whom he suddenly fell in love with and set out to search for her to the ends of the earth, where two noble sisters - Truth and Lie - ruled indistinguishable. But how do you find a girl whose name you don't even know where she lives? And can the Truth and the Lie help him if Simon doesn't recognize them? The beautiful queens pose obstacles to Simon, he can ask them three questions and he must find out which of them is telling the truth. However, before he succeeds in freeing the beautiful girl from the curse, he faces a series of trials...
