Dreaming of a better life, an orphan working for the biggest drug gang on the streets of Yangon faces tough decisions after learning she's pregnant.

A pilgrimage in which a spiritual master must choose one of his disciples as his successor turns into an inner journey for each of the participants. Who am I? Where do I come from? What is left, when I am no longer here? A mystic tale about the path of the human soul through eternity.

On a rainy spring day, Irina returns to the seaside town where she used to spend the summer holidays as a child. There she meets Boris, whom she has not seen for 20 years. The two set out to rediscover the past, which may change their future.

Just when So-Ri is about to break down, a stranger enters her life. He seems to know all her secret fears, doubts and hopes. Unable to stop herself, So-Ri follows him to a place from which there might be no coming back…
