The fourth chapter of the new Sailor Moon musical series. Features the act held on November 6, 2016 at Osaka Sankei Hall Breeze.

The musical begins mid-way through the trial of Dmitri Karamazov (Mizu Natsuki) for the murder of his father Fyodor (Mirai Yuuki). Dmitri maintains his innocence, and we are then taken back in time to see how things reached the point they are at now.

A romantic tale of a young man who risks and grows up through his love for a female vampire.
