Was the T-Rex, the most iconic of all dinosaurs, as mighty and fearsome as its legend? This documentary explores the evolutionary path of the Tyrannosaurus, following the journey of two dinosaur brothers.

Yeh Wei-fang, a rich young lady, flirts with her suitors and hopes it would make Shi Rongsheng, the cousin she loves, angry. But Rongsheng doesn’t pay attention to that, and lectures her for lacking self-respect. Tao Wen-ping, Rongsheng's friend, gets to know Wei-fang. He invites her to go to the resort house borrowed from Rongsheng, but is fooled by her. Wen-ping gets to know Fang's sister, Wei-ling, by chance. Sharing common interests, Wei-ling grows a secret love for him. Wei-fang's home has a JP’s son as a guest. Rongsheng invites Wen-ping to join. Wei-fang knows that Wei-ling likes Wen-ping, but she shows intimacy towards him. Another guest, the antiquary Prof Ho Chi-hua, arrives, he is infatuated with Wei-fang. Wei-fang shows zeal for both, who in the end quarrel and fight. Wei-fang finally declares her love for Rongsheng under the pressure from Wen-ping and Chi-hua, who had a fight over her. Rongsheng's evasiveness proves weak for Wei-fang's quest for his love.

Peasants that were targeted as counter-revolutionaries during the Cultural Revolution in China share their stories in this documentary by Xu Xing.

This documentary, directed by Beijing-based writer and filmmaker Xu Xing, tells the love story of a married couple against the backdrop of political events in China since 1949. Xu Xing aims to use the couple's personal fate to reflect the history of a nation and to preserve a narrative that has been overlooked in the official version of Chinese history.

"5+5" is a documentary that takes the perspective of Lao Jin, a taxi driver, and uses his daily activities to mobilise the artists Lao Jin knows, reflecting the absurd, distorted and comical reality from his point of view and the gap between Lao Jin and various artists' perceptions of art and life, as the viewer sees 21st century China from a small Songzhuang.

The documentary film looks a group of old folk artists who live in Ansai County, Shaanxi Province, China. One of them is 78 year old Chang Zhenfang, whose works made out of paper have won many prizes in China and are shown in exhititions abroad. When the film's director finds her in the remote village, she doesn't even know what happens to her works. She lives a hard life.

In 1972, Xu Xing wrote the first love letter of his life and sent it to a girl in school, whose parents had been sent to the countryside. Not knowing, what to do with it, she showed the anonymous letter to her teacher. Xu Xing was identified as author through his handwriting, and was detained…In this autobiographical piece, Xu Xing tells the story of his own experiences of the Cultural Revolution by tracing his personal encounters of the past in contemporary China.
