Cara Loften is an American theatre and film actress born in Minnesota. She attended AADA in New York City, and then worked as an actress for a number of years. She then moved to Los Angles. In 2019, she wrote, acted in, and produced her first full length play, Moral Fixation, which was performed at The Fringe Festival.
